HOW DO I RESERVE MY PASSES?
Monsters on the Mountain will go on sale on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time. Tickets and Passes can be purchased starting Tuesday, April 19, 2022 by clicking the "Get Tickets" button at the top of this site.

ARE THERE VIP OPTIONS?

CAN I JUST ATTEND ONE DAY?
YES! You are able to purchase just one specific day or multi-day passes. CLICK HERE for pricing details.
WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?
Entrance into all concerts on the day(s) of the purchased ticket as well, access to Rock ‘N Roll Vendor Market, access to the Art Gallery and access to Special Events and Activities. VIP inclusions are listed HERE.
Yes! A variety of Premium events will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Details to be announced in the weeks to come.
CAN I ATTEND THE FESTIVAL IF I’M PREGNANT?
Yes, but we highly encourage pregnant attendees to discuss and get approval from their doctor.
ARE THERE ANY PAYMENT PLANS?
No. All balances are due upon purchase.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
All sales are non-refundable and final.
IF I CAN’T ATTEND, CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET(S) TO ANOTHER PARTY?
If you cannot attend the event, you may give your tickets to another party, although the name will not be able to be changed. However, there will be no requirement to have an I.D. that matches your ticket.
ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR ATTENDEES?
Monsters on the Mountain is an all-ages show, but you are encouraged to leave young children at home. Should you choose to bring a child, a full priced ticket is required for the child. In addition, alcohol can only be consumed but guests 21 and older and guests will be subject to I.D. check. Monsters on the Mountain and the Gatlinburg Convention Center are not responsible for any adult content children are exposed to while attending the festival.
