general festival questions

Will masks be required during the festival?

COVID-19 policies and procedures continue to change, therefore, please check current policies as we get closer to the event.

Is there seating for the concerts?

There will be both standing and limited seating for concerts, however, this is open seating and on a first-come, first-served basis.

What time is the best time to arrive?

Arrival time is up to each attendee as you are able to come and go as you wish as long as you are wearing your wristband. Hours are as follows:
Friday - October 15th
Tailgate area opens at 12:00 pm/Concert doors open at 3:00 pm.

Saturday - October 16th
Tailgate area opens at 10:00 am/Concert doors open at 12:00 pm.

Sunday - October 17th
Tailgate area opens at 10:00 am/Concert doors open at 12:00 pm.

Is there free WiFi at LeConte Center?

There is free wireless internet available throughout the facility.

How many shows will each artist play?

When the schedule has been posted you will be able to find our schedule of events by CLICKING HERE.

IS THERE FOOD AT THE VENUE?

The LeConte Center offers concessions ranging from Starbucks coffee, healthy soup and salad choices, pizza, hotdogs, and more substantial offerings of entrees and sides. In addition, there are many food options available nearby in the historic Old Mill district or the Island at Pigeon Forge. Just jump onto the RiverWalk near the LeConte Center.

How can I pay for items I want to purchase during Monsters on the Mountain?

We suggest bringing a combination of both cash and credit cards to the event.

Is the LeConte Center ADA accessible?

One of the unique features of the center is that there are no steps or escalators and all rooms and public areas are located on the ground level. The main entrances are equipped with designate automatic door opening devices and all restrooms have designated accessible (ADA) facilities.

Will alcohol be available for purchase during the festival?

Yes! Beer and wine will be available for purchase at the festival.

Are there in and out privileges?

Absolutely! All guests will receive a wristband and will be allowed to come and go as they please.

What kind of security will you have for the event?

Event security will be provided and all attendees must adhere to the Festival Etiquette outlined HERE.

Are there flushable toilets and sinks at the venue?

Heck yes! The LeConte Center has restrooms available for guests during the festival, including ADA compliant restrooms for guests that require them.

Are there medical tents available, if needed?

We will have EMTs on the premises. Be on the lookout for signage within the venue.

Where do I go if I have questions/issues during the festival?

Please visit the Monsters on the Mountain Information and Help Desk located just inside the front entrance.

Is there an ATM in the venue?

An automatic bank teller machine is located in the Registration / Information area of the facility.

Is there a lost & found?

Yes! All lost and found articles are logged in the LeConte Center’s Administrative Offices. For information on lost and found location, please visit the Monsters on the Mountain Information and help desk located just inside the front entrance.
